CAT of the Chinese Authorized Translation for ARIA in HTML

Dear all,


On behalf of Tencent<https://www.tencent.com/>, we would like to lead to the translation for ARIA in HTML(https://www.w3.org/TR/html-aria/). That is, taking the role of Lead Translating Organization (LTO) for developing an authorized Simplified Chinese translation of ARIA in HTML.


We learnt from the Web Applications Working Group that this specification（https://w3c.github.io/html-aria/） will be updated soon. We plan to translate the upcoming revised W3C Recommendation of ARIA in HTML.


We are ready to start as soon as we are appointed LTO.
