Request approval for Authorized Translation of WCAG2.1 to Dutch

Dear all,

We hereby notify W3C of our intention to become LTO for the authorized
translation of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 to Dutch.
Stichting Accessibility (Accessibility Foundation) is Member of W3C and
lead translator of the previous authorized translations of WCAG1.0 and
WCAG2.0 to Dutch.

The relevant stakeholders with which we will coordinate the review of the
translation are below. They constitute an appropriate representative of the
local community including government, disability organizations, umbrella
organizations, organizations evaluating accessibility, a quality mark for
accessibility, web developers, a large Dutch bank and others.

The stakeholder group includes the W3C Benelux Office. The list will be
published on the mailing list (see list below) and on a  dedicated webpage
that will be setup for the purpose by the W3C Benelux Office.

These are the stakeholders with which we will coordinate the review. They
have already been invited to participate in the process, and have agreed to
