I am a university student from China and major in Computer Graphics. I noticed the announcement for translation on your website (http://www.chinaw3c.org/translation.html) and I want to be a volunteer to translate the document - HTML Canvas 2D Context (https://www.w3.org/TR/2015/REC-2dcontext-20151119/) in Chinese. I am good at English and maintain some front-end projects. I wish you could permit the translation.
