Intention of Urdu Translation for https://www.w3.org/Style/

Hi,
I was unable to find the Urdu translation of the following page:

https://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/

As it does not fall under the material for the Translations database, so I
also checked the mailing list and there is no such request or
accomplishment for Urdu translation.

Therefore, I would like to proceed after this announcement for the Urdu
translation of the following URL:

https://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/
