Bad translations

Dear translators.

Unfortunately, most translations into Russian and Ukrainian languages are poor quality and absolutely not helpful.

I will give a few examples.

I'll start with the only non-existent pages (original title - link to translation):

XML Base (Second Edition) - http://xml.reginform.net/TR/2009/REC-xmlbase-20090128.html

XHTML™ Basic - http://w3.hotbox.ru/TR/2000/REC-xhtml-basic-20001219/

Associating Style Sheets with XML documents - http://beshenov.ru/xml-stylesheet-ru.html

Then, the extremely poor quality of translations:

XML Information Set (Second Edition) - http://genberm.narod.ru/xml/infoset/infoset.html
Namespaces in XML 1.0 (Third Edition) - http://genberm.narod.ru/xml/namespace/namespace1_0-3ed.html
XML Schema Part 0: Primer - http://gberman.narod.ru/xmlarticles/schema0/start.html

I don't know reason why author made this translations, because it's very poor quality and absolutely doesn't useful. Also, this pages contains aggressive advertising (usually forces you to look 20 seconds video ad), also contains a lot of markup and CSS errors, broken links and so on.

Then, Dmitry Zajtcev has a very poor quality. I think he does it just for SEO rankings or something like that. Because his translations are very bad readable (similar to automatic) and contain many mistakes.

Example:
CSS Namespaces Module - http://wide-web.org/w3c-tr-ru/REC-css3-namespace-20110929.html

Each author's page contains the SEO links at the top (as "При поддержке сайта Husky air compressor" in this example).

I'm sure that these translations are not consistent with the goals of W3C.
