Re: [PL] Polish translation for "Text shadows" article.

Hello Bert,
at the beginning I would like to apologize for not talking to you for so
long. I was gathering myself for a few days to write you back ;-) Sorry
for that.

To be honest, I was almost a 100% sure that W3Schools is related to W3C
(but I never checked it to be sure). So it's very good to know that.

I deleted the text about text-outline (the new version is in the
attachment) in the previous article. I've also translated the new
article, "A pinned-down menu" (as promised). Again, I've done some
changes in the original: I've deleted all references to the IE5 and
leave only IE6, because I don't know if there are enough people who are
using IE5 who can be combined together to make a full football team ;-)
(and I don't know if this browser is even worth mentioning in 2015)

Actually, I had some days off for the last few days (I went to the
polish seaside, not the best weather though;-]), but also in work we had
a new big release with totally rebuilt user interface (finally with some
help from UX guy), so I haven't got too much time for pleasures, such as
translations ;-)
