[PL] Polish translation for "Text shadows" article.

Hello Bert,

I've completed a polish translation for another CSS tips & tricks 
article. This time I've chosen, in my opinion,  the worst already 
translated article: "Text shadows".

I made some changes in the original article. Please tell me if you are 
OK with them (and maybe it is a good opportunity for a little update of 
English original ;-]):

 1. I've deleted the text:
>     (As of August 2005, not all browsers fully support 'text-shadow'
>     yet. The above should work at least in Safari and Konqueror.)
    Because we're now 10 years after that and all major browsers support
    text-shadow (according to:
    http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_text-shadow.asp).
 2. I've also deleted this part:
>     It is not a perfect outline, and at this time (August 2005), the
>     discussion is still open whether CSS should have a separate
>     property (or perhaps a value for 'text-decoration') to make better
>     outlines.
    and replaced it with something like this:
>     It is not a perfect outline. CSS3 has a new property called
>     /text-outline/, but for now (July 2015) it is not supported in any
>     of the major browsers.

If you don't agree with those changes (especially with the second one), 
then please let me know, I'll send you a copy without them.

Next one I'm going to translate is: 
http://www.w3.org/Style/Examples/007/menus.en.html (but it can take me a 
while, because in July I have "busy days" in work :-))
