[lang] Intention of translation: RDF 1.1 Concepts and Abtract Syntax

Dear Translators

I confirm that I have searched the Translations database
(http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Translation/#search) and the mailing-list
archives (http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-translators/).

I have translated the following document into French:

RDF 1.1 Concepts and Abstract Syntax, Proposed Recommendation 9 January 2014
http://www.w3.org/TR/2014/PR-rdf11-concepts-20140109/

My intention is to update the translation as soon as the recommendation
is ready for publication. I will have a translation ready at the time
RDF 1.1 Concepts moves to recommendation (planned to happen by 25th
February).

In compliance with the W3C Intellectual Property FAQ
(http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/IPR-FAQ-20000620#translate), I have
placed a prominent disclaimer in my translation in which I disclose, (1)
the title of and link to the original English document, (2) that my
document is a translation which may contain errors, and (3) that the
original English document on the W3C website is the one that is
official. (Items (2) and (3) are in French.)

I will also make sure the links within my translation are valid and will
endeavor to provide valid markup and CSS. I have used a translated
version of the ReSpec authoring tool, which made all its verifications
without producing errors.

I will notify this list with links to my translation(s) when complete.
