Dear Translators We confirm that we have searched the Translations database ( http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Translation/#search) and the mailing-list archives (http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-translators/). Unless there are objections within the next few days, we will proceed with the translation into French of the following document(s): *CSS Marquee <http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-marquee>* In compliance with the W3C Intellectual Property FAQ ( http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/IPR-FAQ-20000620#translate), we will be required to place a prominent disclaimer in our translation(s) in which we will disclose, (1) the title of and link to the original English document, (2) that our document is a translation which may contain errors, and (3) that the original English document on the W3C website is the one that is official. (Items (2) and (3) must be in the target language.) We will also make sure the links within our translation(s) are valid and will endeavour to provide valid markup and CSS (validation tools are at http://validator.w3.org/). We will notify this list with links to our translation(s) when complete. *We recognize that the W3C does not encourage the translation of specifications that are not completed. However, it seems still relevant for us to translate specifications that are not yet ready, because many of these specifications are already more or less implemented. To avoid any ambiguity, we will clearly indicate the status of these translations. Moreover, we will be able to update quickly in case of update**, because we just have to translate the changes. When the specification will become a recommendation and we have updated the translation, we will transmit the definitive link here.* Team developpez.com
