Hi I would like to translate: Contacting Organizations about Inaccessible Websites http://www.w3.org/WAI/users/inaccessible.html >From English to Dutch It is not clear to me in what format I have to provide the translated document. From what I have read I think it should be a html document that is self containing. But where do I send it or upload it? How does it end up on the list of translated documents?
