Hi, Richard, pending existing offers to translate this document into German—Gunnar? ;)—I’d like to translate <http://www.w3.org/International/articles/definitions-characters/> as soon as it leaves draft status. It appears easiest if you could just let me know once that is the case, however I wouldn’t mind occasionally checking for the document to be final either, and following up again.
