i translated into turkmen language (http://tudevelopment.com/style/tu) was
moved to http://w3tr.info/turkmen.htm , please take it into account.
Also i translated article Cascading Style Sheets Learning CSS (
http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/learning), it situated
http://w3tr.info/learning.html .
