German translation of Requirements for WCAG 2.0

Dear Translators,

I would like to translate the following w3c page into German

1. Name of document: Requirements for WCAG 2.0
2. URI of document: http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/NOTE-wcag2-req-20060425/
3. Target language: German

I have checked the 
http://www.w3.org/2005/11/Translations/TranslationSearch.html database 
and mailing list http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-translators/ 
archive and to the best of my knowledge nobody is currently working on 
that yet.

I would like to start as soon as possible and are awaiting permission 
from w3c.
