You are welcome to translate documents such as Recommendations, Group
Notes and outreach material such as tutorials and FAQs, as described at
http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Translation/#docs
You can use the search page of the Translations database to see what's
already been translated.
When you know which document (title + URI) to translate, just announce it
on w3c-translators@w3.org
