Hindi translation notification

Hi everyone,
This is Nirmita from the Centre for Internet and Society. I would like to 
bring to your notice that there is now a hindi translation of WCAG 2.0. We 
would like to make this an authorised translation. Please find below a list 
of all the relevant stakeholders who will be partners in the review process:

NIC is the nodal organisation which is responsible for creation and

 NAB has been working to solve issues for the visually challenged in India 
for many decades now. It has centres in various cities and is one of the 
repositories of accessible material for the blind in India. Amongst other 
things NAB Delhi is also responsible for developing the open source indian 
screen reading software SAFA (Screen Access for All).

Samarthanam Trust, which is also a member of the WBU, started initially as 
an organisation dedicated to addressing the needs of the visually

community has over 2000 members and the community has discussed, among other 
issues, Web Accessibility issues, the Common Service Centre scheme, use of 
ICT in Education, ICT and livelihoods, remote sensing in agriculture, 
setting
up and running Community Radio stations, e-governance and the role of ICT in 
local content creation.
