I have been reading several articles and I would like to start with the FAQ: Monolingual vs. multilingual Web sites (http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-mono-multilingual.en.php). I have been studying the translation guidelines and instructions of the Internationalization page, I hope I have understood everything correctly.
