The WAI translation priorities list at <http://www.w3.org/WAI/translation.html#priorities> had been recently updated. Please, check the status of these documents in the updated page. For example, we no longer recommend translating "WAI Quick Tips" and instead suggest "WCAG 2.0 at a Glance" <http://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/glance/>. Also, some of these documents will be significantly revised in the next two months, and you might want to wait for the revisions before translating.
