Translation Available: "Cool URIs for the Semantic Web"@ja

Hi, w3c-translators.

I've been working on translating "Coold URIs for the Semantic Web" [1] 
into Japanese, and it's finally done today.
(Well, sorry about not having sent a notice.) Now it's available at [2].
