Yes, please, publish on your website and let us  
(mailto:w3c-translators@w3.org) know when you are done.

I will check the validity of your work (markup validation, CSS validation  
and link checker), also that the required disclaimer is present (cf.  
instruction at  
http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/IPR-FAQ-20000620#translate) and then  
your translation(s) will be added to the W3C Translations database  
(http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Translation/).
