Japanese Translation of Units in MathML

Thank you for "Units in MathML". I am Yosikazu Takamura, and I work as
civil engineer in Japan.
I'd like to translate "Units in MathML" from English to Japanese. I'd
like to publish Japanese translation of "Unit in MathML" in my web
page(http://www3.fctv.ne.jp/~takamu/). And I attach Japanese translation
to this mail.
Could I publish this?
