Korean Translation of 'RDF Primer'

Dear Sirs/Madams;

About a year ago, I sent an email (refer to the below) about Korean translation.  At last we've finished the "W3C Proposed Recommendation 15 December 2003 http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/PR-rdf-primer-20031215/version.  We're going to publish it in paper and on web by the end of this year.

Both formats will NOT be sold & distributed without charge.

I am writing this mail of reqeusting permision to translate on behalf of the Korea Society for Information Management.

We are planning to translate the lastest version of RDF Primer in Korean.  

This project is for Korean researchers and students in Korea who might be interested in RDF but with limited fluency in English.

The publisher will be the Korea Society for Information Management (http://www.kosim.co.kr), which is a non-profit scholarly society. 

We fully understand the requirements appeared on your web page (http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/IPR-FAQ-20000620#translate) and will comply with them.

We'd like to proceed with our plan, if we are not advised otherwise.
