Thanks for your quick update.

I'm starting now the spanish translation for the following W3C 
Note (7 Aug 2000): 

English title: "Accessibility Features of SVG" 
English URL:    http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG-access/

I expect to finish it in two weeks, by 25 november or so.
