German translations

If there is any need for additional German translations, please tell me; I
am experienced in several Markup (XHTML, XML), CSS, RDF/RSS etc. orientated
topics and I'd of course want to warrant textual perfect translations.

(Please apologize me writing this on my own initiative.)
