Translation of one W3C document

Dear master at W3C,
I live in the Czech Republic (Europe) and I am really keen on standards. I
hold them. I would like to translate and publish your document "Frequently
Asked Questions about RDF" (http://www.w3.org/RDF/FAQ) for Czech users the
Internet. I am not sure about the rights after I have read "W3C Intellectual
Rights FAQ" (http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/IPR-FAQ-20000620) so I ask
you if it is OK to do it.

Future URI of the translation is going to be
http://purl.org/petrak/RDF/FAQ/.

I hope everything is OK. Even I have to do something another please inform
me. Thanks for answer.

Dear regards

Josef Petrák
