The translation of the HTML 4.01 Specification (
  http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224) into Galician has  been
completed. It is now at http://www.galizaweb.net/html4/cover.html but this
publication has not been made public yet.

All requirements for translation, as specified in
http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/IPR-FAQ-20000620.html have been complied
with.

Please confirm that its status is OK.
