Translation of HTML 4.01 into Korean finishied

I have translated HTML 4.01 into Korean.
It is now available at http://trio.co.kr/webrefer/html/cover.html for
public.
The page has an optional features of with and without translator's menu
frames.
Would you kindly link this page to in an appropreate W3C page.
