RE: French translation possible of document?

Hi C.E.

I wouldn't translate that yet, since I'm still working on the text.  For
example, I still need to work through some comments that you made and
implement those changes.  I'm hoping that we are not too far off publishing
this document as a WG Note - at which point, translation would then be
appropriate.

Btw, translators need to ask me about anything that is below

http://www.w3.org/International/2004/06/translation
