Hi! I'm thinking I'd like to now try to translate into French, "Internationalization Best Practices: Specifying Language in XHTML & HTML Content." It's a working draft. I think the most current version of the document available is at: http://www.w3.org/TR/i18n-html-tech-lang/ But I might be wrong. I checked and no one has translated it yet, nor asked to.
