  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2003Jan/0028.html
  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2003Jan/0055.html

]

APPROVED: WG confirmed there are no changes required for Primer LCWD.

8: Schema

Last Call Candidate:

  http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/RDFCore/TR/WD-rdf-schema-20030117/

Reviews:
  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2003Jan/0046.html
  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2003Jan/0034.html
  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2003Jan/0071.html

Some changes proposed:
  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2003Jan/0066.html
  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2003Jan/0068.html
  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2003Jan/0078.html

Reviewers are happy with the changes proposed and DanBri considered
that there were no other comments considered critical.

Discussion of where/if rdf:XMLLiteral was defined as a datatype and
need to check if in schema/concepts WD and fix it:

ACTION 2003-01-17#2 bwm: check that it is clear that rdf:XMLLiteral
is a URI or a datatype.

APPROVED: WG confirmed there are no changes required for Schema LCWD.

9: Concepts Doc

Last call candidate:

  http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/RDFCore/TR/WD-rdf-concepts-20030117/

GK confirms the final changes have been made.
Discussion of definition of literals in concepts versus that in
semantics and various pointers. JanG noted section 6.5 of LC concepts:
  http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/RDFCore/TR/WD-rdf-concepts-20030117/#sectioan-Graph-Literal
which is section describing literals. Agreement it could be polished
a bit more.

Brian suggested:
The WG should be as clear as possible can about the
denotation of a plain literal and work out later on how it relates to
  xsd:string during LC process
which was confirmed as acceptible. MikeD saw this as acceptible and
critical to answer since he had been hearing questions about the
relationship between an RDF literal and string.

APPROVED: WG confirmed there are no changes required for Concepts LCWD
(apart from that required by ACTION 2003-01-17#2)

10: Syntax Document

Last Call Candidate:

  http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/RDFCore/TR/WD-rdf-syntax-grammar-20030117/

Last call changes done, as reported last week.

DaveB reported still having discussions with PFPS on www-rdf-comments
with issues but nothing considered critical.

APPROVED: WG confirmed there are no changes required for XML Syntax LCWD.

11: Testcases
2003-01-10#11 janG deprecate the mailto: base URI test case
2003-01-10#12 janG fix rdfs:member, not rdfs:contains bug
2003-01-10#13 daveB add links to concepts in ntriples section of test cases doc

Last Call Candidate:

  http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/RDFCore/TR/WD-rdf-testcases-20030117/

Discussion of some pending cases that were approved last week. JanG
has to make new zips for the LCWD:

ACTION 2003-01-17#3 Jang: Update test cases zip file for w3 LCCWD, today

APPROVED: WG confirmed there are no changes required for RDF Test Cases LCWD.

Peter's Issue:
  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-rdfcore-wg/2003Jan/0106.html

PatH still mostly offline and catching up on email. Discussion of
comments by PFPS that were not yet fully understood by the WG.
JeremyC and Jos noted that they didn't see PFPS's comments as
critical. Proposal to note that some further polishing was needed,
reflected in the status section was approved.

ACTION 2003-01-17#4 DanBri propose words for semantics LC status
section to note about further polishing needed - 1 sentence please.

[Scribe note. This action was DONE later in the meeting:

]

2002-11-01#16 danbri team contact for publishinging LBase note

See:
  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-archive/2002Oct/0046.html

DanBri reported the document is pubrules ready asks whether to

the RDF Semantics LCCWD was newer than in LBase draft.
