I'm getting an answer of no (no proof found,
which is not the same as a nonconclusion)
although if dtype would be a builtin xsdtype
then in that case it would be yes
(even in the unintuitive case of
"chat"@en^^xsd:string being the same as
"chat"@fr^^xsd:string)
