Cancelling telecon 20021129

I've just learned that Danbri will have trouble making the telecon 
tomorrow, it being ThanksGiving and I can't be sure our other team contacts 
are available.  There would be a lot of people missing anyway, so I think 
the right thing to do is cancel.
