Re: Appropriate partial success codes (was Re: Some questions about WebDAV)

I agree with Julian.

Here's a good example of why if you think you have a paragraph that
addresses some concern, please just email it out and say "how about this 
paragraph to resolve issue XYZ" (ideally, with a URL to the bug or email
message for issue XYZ).  That is far easier to review than to hope Julian
catches the change and brings it to our attention on the mailing list.
