It turns out that agreement on general principles is only the first
small step, and that it's easier for everyone to evalute the 'general
principle' if they can see the actual wording change you want.

This optimizes your time at the expense of everone else's.

I wasn't sure if you intended to change 'nationalities' to 'cultural
perspectives' or 'languages' or just wanted the word removed. So I
really do want you to be specific about what you are proposing.
