St. Joe network problem

Brian Capouch of St. Joe has called and asked me to tell the list that
a backhoe or similarly subtle network problem has made their demo of
a URN resolver unavailable until tomorrow. 

So, if you have been trying to take a look at it, now you know
why you cannot. Tommorrow, please take a look at
