Intermittent failures to auto-publish

Hi Folks,

Just a heads up that auto-publishing through Github is experiencing intermittent failures. The issue is that Github has added (but not advertised) some new IP addresses for their CI infrastructure. 

So, if you see something like that following: 

```
This IP 20.225.142.48 isn't authorized to use the token method
👎 The token method is restricted to GitHub Actions and Travis CI only. If you want to submit a request outside these tools, please use the tar method.
```

That's what is going on.
