PR Preview build issues

Hi folks,

Just a heads-up that GitHack[1]—the server that PR Preview[2] relies on to
build specs—seems to be running over capacity and is regularly returning
429 (Too Many Requests) HTTP responses.

This causes builds to fail.

The issue is tracked here: https://github.com/tobie/pr-preview/issues/112

Fixing this issues will require:

- Investigation to understand what the GitHack issue is.
- If the GitHack issue cannot be fixed, either finding and deploying an
alternative solution or building a custom solution.

I want to be clear that fixing this issue is not a priority for me. I
encourage the community to step up and coordinate a fix on GitHub[3].
