Re: Respec bugs

Scratch [4]. Looks like you need to choose FPWD, rather than FPWD-NOTE, 
and set noRecTrack to true.

I'd recommend changing FPWD-NOTE to FPNOTE to make things clearer, if 
that is really what is intended.
