Log Validator Documentation

To Whom It May Concern:

I work for a company interested in using the Log Validator tool in  
order to check websites. The documentation that we have found thus far  
(for installation and use) hasn’t been very clear. Is there any other  
documentation that can be looked at aside from the following?
