I couldn't agree more.

As a representative of one of the startups that's pushing out code that's not sufficiently polished, we can't really spare that much manpower, but we help packaging efforts all we can.

We're very keen to help semantic web projects bootstrap, and get over the boring practical issues of running RDF-backed systems (backups, stability, predictability and so on), but at the end of the day that's not our core business.
