Looking at <http://quasthoffs.de/matthias> , Im not sure I see much FOAF
data / RDFa, some RSS links but I wasnt able to parse much more.

Wouldn't you normally have a PersonalProfileDocument and a primaryTopic of
type foaf:Person in order to represent a Web ID?
