You could also be interested in commON [1] based on the irON framework. 
Depending what was your goal (to find a CSV description format that you 
could use to convert RDF into; or a full conversion system that convert 
some RDF into CSV (3 columns or whatever), it could be of some interest 
to you. There is a parser for this format for this format [2], however 
it only takes commON files and convert them into RDF using some linkage 
schema (and not the other way around for now). So, depending on your 
goals, this project could be of some interest to you. Some more

Sweet Tools List in commON).
