Claudio -- Good questions about querying RDF and OWL. My guess would be that, if one is interested in *using* a query language, rather than *developing* one, then it would be best either (A) to wait for a Rules recommendation from W3C [1] and its subsequent implementation, and/or (B) to do some prototyping using the Internet Business Logic system. For (B), there are some examples such as [2,3,4,5] that you can view, run and change by pointing a browser to the system. You can also write and run your own examples. Shared use of the system is free at [6]. It functions as a kind of wiki for executable content, indexed by Google et al.
