This action has been done.

O'Neil has helped me with CVS issues. It turned out that I did have a key but used the wrong connection string. I'm not certain it all works now (SmartCVS is re-downloading everything, it appeared impossible to just change its settings, or at least we didn't find how), so O'Neil has been so kind to commit the changed fn-transform tests to CVS. Also, the test results have been updated to conform to the XSD.
