Michael Dyck reported on investigations into converting the published
specifications to HTML5.
The XSLT stylesheets and Ant build.xml files that generate the
published specifications would need
to be refactored to produce valid HTML 5 output, he suspects some
syntax problems are caused
by ouruse of the `tidy` tool.
Liam Quin reports that there is a new Pub Rules checked which may now
use validator.nu and not validator.w3.org
however it most likely uses JavaScript rather than XSLT.
