RE: Streamable XPath subset

Moved the XPath doc it to a different location 

http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmldsig-xpath/

 

made it an Editor's draft and added an Introduction.

 

Also removed Xpath document from XML Signature 2.0 - changed section is 4.4.3.11 (http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmldsig-core-20/Overview.html#sec-XPath-2.0)

 

Put on syntax highlighting for all xml snippets.

I have put the streamable XPath subset in a separate document (ACTION-590)

I also put in some interesting examples of XPaths that are part of the subset and those that aren't; this helps explain the subset.
