I don't see "same-document" used in that section, so keeping that change to 4.3.3.2 should be enough. There don't seem to be change marks in the references, and in the various places where 2396 used to be mentioned in the text. Also, [URI-Literal] (RFC 2732) is obsoleted by 3986 as well, so the change of normative reference for [URI] probably entails some other changes to the text toward the end of the first paragraph of 4.3.3.1, and to that reference. (Apologies for not having spotted that earlier.) Tuning out into vacation mode again.
