Hej,

there is the schema test case addB078 which defines attributes with type xs:ID 
and a fixed value given.
According to Schema spec 1.0 that is not allowed, in Schema spec 1.1 there is 
only stated that usage should be avoided...

As addB078 is marked as valid it seems to be according to spec 1.1. However 
there is also the test case attZ013a which says that deriving is not allowed, 
so it is valid according to spec 1.0.

So shouldn't the test suite be adopted to one version of the spec?
