First installment of the new approach to issue management:  Following
Michael Kay's excellent set of bug reports, I've updated the metadata
to record status="queried" for all the tests he's identified.  The WG
will take these up in the New Year.

You can retrieve the updated metadata from the W3C's public CVS
repository:
