Updated Github repo

Hi folks,

I’ve moved github.com/xproc/specification to
github.com/xproc/archived-specification and I’ve created a new
github.com/xproc/specification repo.

Note that if you had previously cloned the specification repo, you
should decide what you want to do with that clone (rename it, delete
it, whatever) and *CLONE* the *NEW REPO*.

Your clone is still a clone of ‘archived-specification’, the link
isn’t based on the name of the repo.

You’ll need to send me a pull request with your new CI credentials,
see CI.adoc.

I haven’t got the travis-ci build working for the xproc repo yet.
