XProc telcon cancelled: 10 Dec 2009

Folks,

As I crafted the minutes, I concluded that we won't have critical mass
next week. "See" you on 17 Dec.

I'll try to get a draft out early next week, if we can get assent to
publish it by email, I might even try to get our LC done before 17 Dec.
